Capture King is achieved by killing someone while lowering an opponent's team flag. Despite its name, Capture King can only be achieved in Domination, not Capture the Flag. In Domination, capturing a flag means to lower your opponent team's flag, and raising your own flag to earn points for your team.
Lowering an enemy flag, and killing a zombie. Easy.
